PEPPS Motheong is a school with a specific vision towards preparing learners to flourish in their future. In the appointment of a teacher we have to ensure that this person will contribute towards bringing this vision to fruition. A teacher at our school will be a person who shows that they serious about personal growth. Our teachers should be able to facilitate learner centred learning opportunities with maximum learner involvement during lessons. An inquiring and Growth Mind-set is not negotiable.
Support and Admin Staff play an important role in reaching our goals. We also expect them to comply with our values and make a positive contribution towards the smooth running and safety in the school.

When we receive CV’s we keep the information on file for reference, with the permission of the applicant, until a position becomes available. Unfortunately, due to POPIA Compliance we can’t store personal information indefinitely. It is best to apply when a position is advertised. Please be clear in your subject on the mail as to which position (Phase and subject) you apply for. When it is not clear for which phase and subject you apply, we might miss your CV as a suitable candidate for a position. Please note that we will not consider for example a Senior Phase teacher for a position in the Foundation Phase.
