School Fees

A discount of 2.5% on annual school fees is given if the full Annual fees is paid before 31 January 2026.

Payment References: Please use your FAMILY CODE (available on d6) when making any payment to the school. Payments referencing only “school fees” cannot be allocated correctly. Please note that even if your family name was previously sufficient, our updated financial system now requires the FAMILY CODE for accurate processing.

If different parents or guardians contribute to the fees, each payment must include the FAMILY CODE and the learner’s full name.

Fee Payments

• Fees are payable in advance by the 7th of each month, as stated in the parent contract.
• If your salary is paid on the 15th of each month, please note that:
  • January fees must be paid on 15 December of the current year, and
  • February fees on 15 January, and so on.
• School fees are not charged per month of attendance, but as one annual amount for the year’s full academic programme.
  • Parents may choose one of the following payment options:
    • Annual payment at the start of the year
    • Four termly payments at the start of each term
    • Eleven monthly instalments, payable at the start of each month
• Affordability of fees must be confirmed before a learner is admitted for the new academic year.

Re-Registration and Registration Fees: The re-registration fee does not only secure a learner’s place for the new academic year. It also supports the school’s cash flow at the start of the year, as fees are divided across 11 months, with no payment in December. The re-registration fee, while lower than a monthly instalment, ensures that the school can continue to operate effectively, maintain facilities, and meet financial commitments between school years. Part of these fees is applied towards extramural development as well.
