At PEPPS Motheong School, we celebrate creativity and expression through a vibrant cultural program. We believe that cultural activities not only develop talent but also build confidence, teamwork, and a sense of belonging.
As part of our Creative Arts curriculum, music is introduced from Grade R, giving every learner the opportunity to explore rhythm and melody through melodic percussion. For those with a passion for music, we offer participation in our marimba band and choir, where learners develop their musical skills and perform at school and community events.
Our annual Revue in August is a highlight on our calendar where learners can showcase their passion for creative movement and music.
Beyond music, learners can explore a variety of cultural activities. Our public speaking and debate teams program supports students in building confidence in communication, while drama provides a stage for self-expression and storytelling.
We encourage social interaction and personal growth through school events and cultural celebrations that bring our learners together in different arenas.
At PEPPS Motheong, we believe that culture is an essential part of a well-rounded education. Whether learners are singing, acting or painting, they are developing skills that will benefit them for life. Through culture, we nurture creativity, confidence, and a deep appreciation for the arts.
